You pay the full entry fee. If you leave the area earlier than 07.00 pm, you’ll get a refund of the difference.

How to get a ticket:
Online
You can buy the tickets online in an easy and safe way via our ticket provider directly on the net. The tickets will be sent to you via postal service and you can use your credit card to pay. The page is mostly only in German – sorry for that.
Hotline
You can also call our hotline in Germany +49 1806 – 570 070 to buy tickets. Fees from a German telephone apply: 20 ct./min. The hotline is available mondays to fridays between 9.00 am and 07.00 pm (MEZ) or (GMT +1 / Winter and GMT +2 / Summer).
